1. When will I receive my order?

We deliver the handbags in Belgium, Netherlands and in Luxembourg with the help of Belgium Post, and DHL Express. You can choose freely between these 2 providers after you type the shipping address during the checkout process. We need 2 days of preparation time, and you will receive an email when your handbag(s) has been dispatched along with tracing number. Your purchase will arrive within 2-3 days for Belgium, the Netherland, and Luxembourg. Rest of the world within 1-2 weeks.  read more …

2. Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Unfortunately we don’t have the resources to make it possible.
3. What if I want to return, refund, or exchange my purchase?

We would gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item(s), and send it within 30 days after receive of the item(s). You may choose between resending the item (if we have it in stock), and to receive refund. Please bear in mind that you will bear the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is no return nor refund for customized items and items with reduction price. 4. Can I send my purchase as a gift to another address?
Yes, gladly. Please contact us should you need an extra congratulatory card. Bear in mind that we will need additional time to prepare the card.
5. Is the sales tax / VAT / BTW already included?
Yes, the prices displayed include any sales tax / VAT / BTW to our customer for the moment. Outside Europe, the customer is responsible for any customs entrance fee.
6. Does DUA have a showroom?
DUA is a home-based online store without a permanent showroom. However we showcase our bags in some events.Our only fysical store is at Jacob’s Conceptstore, Dietsestraat 66, Leuven.Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and newsletter for more up to date information.
7. Does DUA give reduction on wholesale purchases?
Yes. We can provide special insight on wholesale purchases. We work together with several wholesale platforms such as Creoate, Ankorstore, and Faire. Please consult on wholesale tab above our homepage or email us at
8. What if I want to customize / alternate one of the bags?
Some of our bags can be customized upon request. However, this may bring extra cost and waiting time. Also we cannot accept any refund nor return request for these customized bags. Please contact us for more information regarding any possibilities.
9. Will I have to pay customs and import taxes?
Everything will be shipped from Belgium. So, NO customs tax for EU addresses. Which means when the shipping address is outside the EU, most probably you will have to pay extra customs tax.

11 What is Local Pick-Up?
You can pick up the bag(s) in Paternosteratraat 6, 3010 Kessel-lo, Leuven by yourself, to avoid paying shipping fee. The seller will contact you regarding the pick up time.
12 Can I pay with Eco-cheques from Sodexo?

Temporarily we only accept Gift cheques and NO eco cheques from Sodexo.
